WHO I AM

This house is like the banks along a river of history. In the heart of Modica, in the basement of an old palace on the main street, I opened my little kitchen and I invite you to stop by and enjoy centuries of culture.I would like this place to be the crossroads of all the Sicilies, of sea and land. It is an ideal hub between Sciacca and Modica, which are the places of my history, where my tales at and away from the table begin. Much of Sicily's charm seems as though it’s kept in a treasure chest: in my home I offer you a key to it.
